Porter Ave Getaway is the whole top floor of a single family home, it has its own private front and back doors.
The apartment sleeps five people, one bedrooms has a queen size bed, with its own television, the other bedroom has a full sized bed with a desk and chair.
Stored in the closet of the full bedroom is a twin size foldaway bed on wheels that you can also use.
The televisions are Smart TV's and are set up to stream your favorite services, eg. Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Roku etc. There is also an antenna installed so tenants can watch local channels too.
There is a good size kitchen equipped with all you may need to help prepare most meals, plus a dining area, a comfy living room, a full bathroom with grab rails in the shower area, and laundry facilities.
Porter Ave Getaway has central heat and air and the apartment includes all the other comforts a home needs to make your stay pleasant and memorable.
There is a second private apartment below that has a long term tenant in it. both apartments are completely separate and private.
