Located Only 20 minutes from the airport, this beautiful, freshly updated, 4 bedroom, single level property is situated in the Clemente Ranch Neighborhood located in the community of Chandler.
Our bright and comfortable home will allow you to quickly relax and jump right into enjoying your well-deserved vacation.
This fantastic home was built for relaxation! Imagine returning to your private oasis in the desert after a day of golfing, shopping or whatever your pleasure and have the option to cool off in your centrally air-conditioned home, or prepare a meal in the open kitchen! If you’re in the mood for grilling, a propane BBQ is provided.
THE BACK YARD - North facing backyard provides sun late into the evenings during the winter months. The maximum daylight adds to the enjoyment of your very own private heated pool* and large spill over spa. The oversized pool has a large tanning Baja deck platform as well as a deep end dive pool, HUGE spill over spa, water fall, and diving board. This elevated resort style dive pool is very hard to find. Now add in the pool side bar, gas fire place, Grill, umbrella's, comfortable patio furniture, outdoor TV, roll down shades, and a professional misting system that keeps things cool even in the hot summer months. That’s VACATION! he covered patio offers Sunbrella furniture and 2 stainless patio heaters can be used should you find the need to extend your evening in the winter months. (gas not guaranteed)
The home is also great for entertaining guests inside as well! With an enormous center island and a separate formal dining room table, you will have plenty of room for dinner, games, or socialization.
For those preferring a movie, your very comfortable living room has a 75” flat screen HD (smart) TV with integrated sound bar and subwoofer. If music is your thing, please feel free to use the portable JBL blue tooth speaker or link to the sound bar and subwoofer in the main family room.
The options to wind down privately in any one of the multiple areas of this newly furnished and completely renovated home is yours to decide.
Your comfort is very important to us. The primary bedroom boasts a king size bed and a 55' Smart TV. The master bedroom en-suite has double sinks, an huge walk in shower, large walk in closet and private water closet. Bedroom 2 & 3 have Queen Size beds, and the 4th bedroom boasts another King Bed! . ALL BEDROOMS have smart TV's in various sizes. Use your own subscriptions, or login on the YOUTUBE TV account accessible on all 6 TV's.
For the sports minded, your vacation home is situated near many popular golf courses in the Chandler/Gilbert area such as Ocotillo, Superstition Springs, Bear Creek, Kokopelli, Trilogy and San Marcos, just to name a few! Take in spring baseball training camp, Diamondbacks baseball, Cardinals Football, Phoenix Coyotes hockey, or a Phoenix Suns Basketball game.
Chandler Fashion Square, Arizona Mills and San Tan Village offer a great shopping experience to those that love to shop and multiple movie theatres are only 5 minutes away. Grocery shopping at Albertson or Safeway is a 2 minute drive away.
A large greenway is located through the middle of the Clemente Ranch neighborhood with playgrounds and walking paths throughout.

Heated pool is available for additional charge during the months of October, November & February-May. The Spa heat is included with reservation all year.
All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, laundry and disch supplies.
There are 2 bathrooms as well as a large kitchen and dining area featuring premium kitchen appliances & stainless steel fridge, quartz counter tops, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryers, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also provided.
