Summary: “Dad, you did well.” That’s paraphrasing my 15 year old daughter’s compliment to me shortly after checking out the house and the backyard/pool...and something that positive from a teenager merits 5 Stars alone. The north Scottsdale location puts you within reach of great food, shopping, and sites...and yet is part of a quiet street where birds’ volume is far louder, and more comforting, than any traffic noise. The backyard is beautiful (I’m now a huge fan of artificial turf: no mosquitoes!), well landscaped, with a “Goldilocks” pool: size and temperature (heated to 80°) just right. The furnishings, inside and out, are new, top-line, beautiful. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, cleaning supplies (washer and dryer) available. Finally, the house was spotless when we arrived, Services (pool, recycle, garbage) on schedule. Communication (after a couple VRBO issues, we skipped to email and text) was thoughtful and timely. Loved this house and everything about it...we will be back!
