The completely stacked kitchen has granite counter tops, backsplash, a pantry and offers stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped with a full size fridge, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & a Keurig machine. Complete cookware is included as well.
The master bedroom offers a queen size bed with a flat screen TV and a large walk in closet with a full bathroom (shower & tub)
The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed with a smart TV & closet.
The 3rd bedroom offers a full size bed with a smart TV & closet.
This condo has a full size front loader washer/dryer. The Large covered patio includes a dining table with chairs overlooking the club house.
Our gated community has 2 heated swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, a clubhouse, a 2 story gym, media room, bar area with a piano, lounge with a fireplace, and multiple brbq grilling areas.
Located just south of the 101 and minutes away from Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale, Scottsdale Promenade, Grayhawk golf course, Fairmont Scottsdale princess hotel & mayo clinic hospital, A variety of dining, shopping, grocery stores & relaxing spas are within walking distance. Anything you desire is just a few minutes away.
The condo includes high speed internet, Netflix & streaming devices.
Linens & towels are included.
(1 week supply) of shampoo/conditioner, body wash, dishwasher pods, coffee pods, washing machine pods, dryer sheets, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels & toilet paper are included.
Maximum occupancy is (5 people). Our unit is "non-smoking" and we do not allow pets. No parties or events allowed in the condo. Smoking or exceeding the allowed number of occupants is strictly prohibited and will result in an eviction & immediate loss of the entire security deposit.
We will supply you with a key fob that opens the main gate & gives you access to all the amenities. key fob must be left in the condo at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will result in a $200 deduction from your security deposit.
There is a camera facing the front door and the outdoor patio. This isn't just a rental, this is our home. Please be respectful, treat it like your own place & enjoy your stay.
