Welcome to our Arizona home! You will be staying in a beautiful 3000+ SF home, completely remodeled, with all new tile throughout the home. 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
Primary room has a King bed and full bathroom attached, and has its own private entrance to back yard/pool area. The 3 other bedrooms have queen beds. 2 bedrooms share a bathroom (Jack -n- Jill) and there is another full bathroom off of the main hallway.
This large home is located on over an acre of property, providing you complete privacy while you enjoy your private retreat style back yard, complete with refreshing pool and relaxing waterfall. For families with children, please note, the pool area is not fenced. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Our spacious kitchen has been newly remodeled with brand new Kitchenaid appliances; Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Microwave, oven and Induction cooktop. Keurig Coffee machine, toaster, blender etc. Stocked with your basic pots/pans utensils, dishes etc. perfect for whipping up a delicious meal.
If cooking's not your thing, there are many restaurants nearby in San Tan and in Queen Creek.( A fun local spot we highly recommend is The Olive Mill, wonderful food and laidback outdoor atmosphere, live music and events are common.)
A laundry room with brand new washer/dryer is available to guests.
Towels and linens are provided. A startup supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper provided.
Located in the heart of San Tan, bordering Queen Creek, only 2 minutes to Restaurants, Target and Sprouts and a short drive to Queen Creek marketplace. 5 min to Encanterra Country Club. We are close to San Tan Reginal Park and Arizona Athletic Grounds; a 320-acre facility hosts Legacy Sports USA's youth, adult, and amateur sports teams. It serves as a venue for many events, has a 400 ft. zip line, a restaurant, and so much more! So much to do in this area!
This home is located in the heart of town, you are likely to hear anticipated noise associated with being in town, if this is a concern to you, please do not book this property.
