Welcome home to Pebble Beach Paradise:
Lagoon Pool
The pool features a lagoon-style entrance with bench seating on both sides, and shallow steps leading to about a 3-foot depth. As you move toward the center, the depth increases to 6 feet and then levels out around 4 feet, with additional bench seating in the back. This layout is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to relax and enjoy the water together.
Outdoor Oasis
Step through accordion doors into your private outdoor paradise. Relax by the fire pit, take a dip in the pool, or lounge in the shaded cabana—this space is made for unwinding under the Arizona sun. The full length accordion doors aide to a seamless indoor/outdoor experience.
Restful Sleep
The thoughtfully designed sleeping areas ensure everyone gets a peaceful night’s rest, making this home ideal for families or groups of friends.
Prime Location
Located just off the 101, you're only 15 minutes from Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, and Mesa. Whether you're here for work or play, this central location puts you within easy reach of all the best the Valley has to offer.

The entire home is yours to enjoy with 8 ft privacy walls surrounding the backyard.
Please note I do have cameras outside, in the front carport and overlooking the pool in order to meet short term insurance requirements. Your privacy is very important and the home is yours to enjoy. These cameras are not monitored and are merely a insurance requirement in the rare case of an incident.
I live in town if you need us, but will not be checking on you.
Important Notes for Your Stay:
Pool: Please note that the pool is not heated. However, due to Arizona’s climate, the water temperature typically reaches the high 60s in mid-March and warms to a comfortable 80s by April, making it perfect for swimming as the weather warms. If you're a brave out of towner (or a kid!), some guests enjoy the pool year round. We typically have an assortment of fun floaties at the property as well, and encourage you to take a look before buying. The waterfall is not an offered amenity for guests and upon booking of the property, the guest assumes all liability regarding safe use of the pool. Please use caution on the outdoor tile- it becomes slippery when wet.
Other things to note:
Weekly Service: Pool service occurs on Thursdays, and yard maintenance happens on Friday mornings. Both service teams have been working with the home for years and will access the backyard independently. They are generally very discreet, but please be aware of their visits.
Grill & Propane: A propane grill is provided for your use on the side of the house. Both the grill and outdoor fireplace run on propane. While we do our best to keep these items full, we rely on the honor system. There is a spare propane tank available, and if your group depletes the propane, we kindly ask that you exchange it at one of the nearby gas stations (about 0.5 miles away).
Murphy Bed: The weight limit for the Murphy Bed is 300lbs. We do not suggest two adults, but alternatively two children, or one adult
We love our pets, and they are always welcome here! However, we understand that not every guest travels with their furry companions. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, our cleaning team sanitizes the turf after every pet stay. The pet fee helps cover the additional time, effort, and supplies needed to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Thank you for your understanding!
