Summary: This is a beautiful cabin in a great location. Upon arrival we noticed the garbage compactor wasn't emptied and there was no dish soap of any kind, other than a dawn refill without the nozzle. We had to have or children stop at the store on their way up to buy dish soap so we could wash dishes. I messaged the property manager about this but got no response other than an email of the check out process which wasn't relevant because we just checked in. As we were there, we realized that the steam shower, hot rock sauna and jacuzzi didn't work. The theater room is really nice but the sound wasn't working correctly. They do have another room that was great to watch movies in at least. The biggest inconvenience is the removal of trash. The trash bins that they have as options to take your trash to is not on site, they were 14 miles away as afar as I could tell. We luckily had room in our truck and ended up taking it home. They say you can pay $50 if you don't want to remove it which we would have paid if we knew how far away we would have to take the trash. Just include it in the cleaning fee to make it easier. These are conveniences that should be included. We have rented hundreds of places through VRBO, service will make or break the place. This would be a place we would have returned to but not when we don't feel appreciated.
