****Currently running a pre-winter special being offered for a 3+ month minimum stay, which includes September, to the end of December (28th). Rates will be adjusted for shorter stays rented only by the month, but no less than a minimum of one month (30 nights).
This delightful Condo is turn-key ready to ensure you have a comfortable home away from home experience. It has no Stairs to climb! It's in an ideal location in the NW valley adjacent to Sun City, which caters to our senior communities. This is an age-restricted community, so one primary occupant must be 55 or older and then at least 40.
This Condo is one of two condos with the same floor plan we offer in this community, both nicely decorated with quality furnishings designed with the traveler in mind, paying attention to the smallest details. In the Master suite, you will most certainly enjoy your night's sleep on a Sterns and Foster luxury plush med-firm 14-inch queen mattress, and the master ensuite has dual sinks with a large walk-in shower. The guest bath offers a combo shower/soaking tub. You get all the entertainment bells and whistles, too, which include 55-inch HDTV w/full cable that includes premium channels HBO/Showtime and digital music of your choice. You will also have access to high-speed Internet connections up to 250 Mbps download via WIFI 2.4/5 Ghz for your internet needs. In the morning, you can enjoy the Keurig coffee bar & a high-speed Blender to make your morning smoothie, a toaster oven big enough for a 13-inch pizza, and a slow cooker, too, or you can throw a steak on the outdoor gas grill while enjoying a glass of wine on the patio.
Upon your arrival, you will be personally greeted and escorted to your temporary home, given a tour where we will answer any questions you might have. You will find a Welcome Book created especially for our guests, filled with the many things you may want to know to fully enjoy your stay. All you need to do is unpack your clothes, make a trip to the grocery store, then sit back, relax, and enjoy.
FYI, You are not staying in "our home" while we don't occupy it; these condos are full-time vacation rental homes that were designed to provide our guests with a "Home away from Home" quality experience. We are local owners licensed to operate, so you can be sure you are in good hands!
General Info:
This is rented for a minimum of one Calendar Month per agreement (includes 30 nights). It can be rented for more than one month, with rent due on the 1st of each month. The “last” month of a multiple-month stay will need to end on the morning of the 29th to allow for turnover procedures. At your discretion, you can arrive later than the first day or depart earlier than the last day of your rental agreement, just be advised that there are no refunds for unused nights. Our Condos are 1000 sq ft with an open floor plan in the living areas and will comfortably accommodate 1-3 occupants full-time comfortably, or 2 full-time occupants and 2 guests for a week per month (all occupants must be listed on the application and submit w/picture IDs for security reasons).
***If you accept an invitation to book this condo via VRBO, you also acknowledge we are a Vacation Rental "By Owner" (the Provider) and are required to follow standard rental practices for "long-term rentals" and follow industry standard procedures that require completion of renters information and a signed rental agreement along with a copy of occupants picture ID's to verify the identity, signature, and age, an HOA requirement. You agree to authorize sending your contact information to facilitate the necessary communication to complete these requirements, such as providing a phone number and your email(s) address to permit sending you the electronic rental documents conveniently right to your inbox through "DocuSign," which are secure and encrypted. Failure to fulfill these requirements will result in cancellation and VRBO will be notified of default.
A "Fully Refundable" Security Deposit is also required per the rental agreement to be paid directly to the owner/host upon arrival, or subject to cancellation. This is held in trust and returned if there are no damages per the rental agreement. Special offers may not include or be capped and required to be renter-paid and are specified in the rental agreement.
If you want to buy travelers'/ renter's liability insurance to recover any out-of-pocket expenses you might incur, that is aside and separate between you and a third party from the deposit requirements per the rental agreement. Any determined deductions to your deposits will be itemized on your Deposit Settlement Statement within 14 business days after departure. I do not carry VRBO damage insurance for Travelers, nor do I accept any online damage insurance instead of a Security deposit, nor will I be obligated to handle any damage claims incurred during your stay through any insurance company. Pictures and receipts for damages are provided upon written request. You will receive a walk-through tour upon arrival to verify the property's condition before occupancy. We pride ourselves on the fact that what you see upon arrival is guaranteed to meet our advertisement. Should there be any found issues, you agree to provide us a reasonable opportunity to correct them before taking any action to cancel your stay. Should there be a delay in repair overnight, the provider will provide a temporary hotel stay nearby for the night and have things ready for you to occupy check-in time the next day.
We send all rental documents electronically and securely through DocuSign right to your email for your convenience to complete online. Just take a photo of your ID and attach it, then click submit, that's it. HOA requires you to provide a copy of a photo ID for each occupant to ensure age compliance. Failure to comply will result in a cancellation. Additional terms may apply.
