Master bedroom has king bed, two night stands, dresser and 48 inch HDTV, large closets, spacious bathroom, large private deck with fabulous view of Moab Rim.
Bedroom 2 and 3 both have queen bed, two night stands, dresser, closet, 40 inch HDTV. Features beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains.
Living room has a leather queen size sleeper sofa and 55 inch HDTV. Relax by the fireplace and enjoy nice views of Moab Rim. Charbroil grill on the patio.
Gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped, brand new appliances, gas stove, microwave, dish washer, large toaster, coffee and espresso machines. Dishes, utensils, pots, pans, spices.
Dining table seats 6 plus 4 seats at kitchen bar. The sofa sleeper in the living room turns into a queen size bed.
The town home has a large two car garage and the driveway in front of it will park four cars. If the trailers at too large, our guests, as well as other people staying in the Rim Vistas complex park their rigs on Meador Drive, the main road servicing all the units. Meador Drive is in direct view of our town home and just across the small green space from the garage and driveway.
The Community pool and hot tub are generally open from April through October. They may be closed because of wind, weather or maintenance. We can't guarantee availability as it is controlled by HOA management. Managed by Arrow Vacation Rentals.
