Our three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom space is designed to help you, your family, and your friends relax after an exciting day in downtown Salt Lake, a thrilling day out on the slopes, or an exhausting day of business meetings. You may enjoy:
- Munching on popcorn while watching your favorite Netflix or Disney+ show on our massive, smart 82" Samsung 4K UHD TV. Who needs a movie theater anyway?
- Cooking a gourmet meal in our new, fully-stocked kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances and glistening quartz countertops. Grab your favorite organic ingredients from a local farmer's market or Whole Foods.
- Sipping a cup of warm tea or hot chocolate made from our premium Keurig coffee bar after a long day out on the slopes of one of Utah's amazing ski resorts.

GUEST ACCESS
As our guest, you will have access to the entire townhome - kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, outdoor patios, private one-car garage, and laundry room.
You will also be able to utilize FREE EV car charging in the garage! We have Level 2 charging (11 miles per hour of charging) with both J1772 and Tesla adapters to connect the charger to your vehicle.
There are a number of free parking options available - one parking space in the garage and ample street-side parking to the north (1700 South) and east (West Temple) of the townhome.
Family travelers, we have a high chair, pack & play, and children's plates/utensils for your convenience. There are also a number of board games available in the cabinets under the coffee station.
Business guests, the master bedroom has a desk where you can work if needed. We offer high-speed internet capable of streaming those important work calls.
OTHER DETAILS
- There are three levels in the townhome with two staircases that ascend to each subsequent level.
- There is a doorbell camera on the front of the townhome. There is also a camera in the garage. There are NO CAMERAS within the interior of the home.
- The townhome is an end unit. It shares one wall with neighbors. On occasion, you may hear slight noise.
- The pantry is locked and not available for use; we store supplies there. The utility closet is also locked. Please do not try and enter these spaces.
- There are lockboxes in the garage for the pantry, utility closet, and internet box. Please do not attempt to access these boxes.
