Nest thermostat, ADT outside security camera, and two water heaters and more. Tons of storage space.
This is a primary residence home not a home maintained as a vacation rental. Very nicely furnished with DIRECTV cable, a 65" UHD television in the Sun Room and Master Bedroom. The home has a 2 Gig Fiber high speed wireless internet. Office has an HP printer that can scan. Master bedroom has a king size bed, large master bath with walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a queen bed and en-suite shower. The third bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom. All three bedrooms are separated around the home. Lots of privacy. Very well maintained yard.
