Our sweet home is the ideal spot for any visit to AZ-- from an indulgent girls weekend, to family fun in the sun! Come splash in our heated pool year-round and cool off in our ice cold AC. Sleeping up to 10, our home has plenty of space for everyone to relax and can easily accommodate a multi-family holiday or a group vacay!

Our freshly renovated home has:

Year-round enjoyment awaits with our plush turf lawn, warm flagstone patio, fireplace/pizza oven, outdoor bar w/ a mini fridge, and of course the sparkling HEATED pool that stays warm through the winter and cool in the heat of summer! There's loungers for any sun worshippers, but also plenty of shade for when you are ready for a break from the heat. Kids will love the waterfall feature and the cannonball platform (9' deep at that end). The backyard has its own dining space for six plus plenty of additional comfy outdoor seating for any extra guests. Help yourself to limes for your drinks from our very own backyard lime tree!
- Family-friendly Amenities:
Our home was designed with families in mind. You'll find a high chair, pack and play, and plastic kid dishes for your use. Help yourself to our collection of board games too!
**For those concerned about pool safety with littles, we have a net pool fence (pictured) available upon request. Guest is responsible for setting up and inspecting the fence to their own satisfaction**

Sleeps up to 10 people across 3 bedrooms (1 K, 1 K, 4 twin bunks) plus a convertible sectional in the den that can be arranged into a super comfy queen-sized sleeper. When it's time to eat, the indoor dining table seats 6 comfortably plus 4 additional stools at the kitchen island. We also have outdoor dining space for 6 + additional lounge furniture for casual al fresco meals.

Freshly remodeled and thoughtfully designed to be an inviting, stylish oasis in the desert. We have comfy memory foam beds, soft sheets, and room darkening shades in all the bedrooms for maximum R&R. In the rest of the house, natural light abound and the one-level open floor plan naturally brings people together for meals, lounging, or a movie night. It's the ideal backdrop for any girls weekend, sunny self-care retreat, or family trip.
- A Convenient Location:
Just 16 minutes from PHX, we are ideally located within minutes of Whole Foods, Fry's, and countless restaurants & services. We are also about 6 minutes drive from downtown Chandler and 15 minutes from charming downtown Gilbert. For those visiting for Spring Training, we're the perfect home base-- just 13 mins from Sloane Park. If Scottsdale is calling your name, you can be shopping or bar-hopping in old town within 25 mins!
- Smart features:
You'll access the house with a door code, so no keys to keep track of! Our home also has fast wifi and smart TVs with streaming capabilities. Need to bring the vibes? Plug your phone into our sound bar!
Guest access
You'll have full use of the house, backyard and driveway during your stay. The garage and one of the storage closets will remain locked at all times and are not for guest use-- otherwise the house is yours!
You'll access the house via door code, which you'll receive the morning of check-in.
Other things to note
Please be aware that we have weekly pool maintenance (Mondays).
Our pool pro visits for about 10-15 minutes to check the chemicals, clean the filters, and skim the pool as needed. He will let himself in via the side gate, and you do not need to be present (though you are totally welcome to be enjoying the pool during his visit!).
We also have a landscaper who does bi-weekly maintenance every two weeks, typically on Wednesday or Thursday mornings depending on his schedule.
