Located in the best location within the desert's premier city of Indian Wells, this Mountain Cove condo is a perfect base to explore the Coachella Valley, walk to the BNP Paribas tennis tournament at Indian Wells tennis gardens or enjoy our wonderful festival season including Coachella and Stagecoach. Heated pools, gated community, and extremely quiet location.
This property has a noise monitoring device located inside the unit that only monitors decibel level, this monitor also detects the smell of cigarette/marijuana smoke inside of the unit.

The unit is located on the second floor in a gated community and is accessed via stairs. The property is just under 600 Square Feet. Studio set up with full kitchen and in unit laundry. Parking is open and close to the unit.
The community is gated and the guard leaves at 7:30 PM. You will need a key card to get through the gate after this time. There is only one key card for the unit, it will be left on the table for your use. Please do not lose the key card, it is the only one for the unit and replacement costs are very significant. Parking is open and close to the unit, spaces are not assigned.
I prefer to give guests their space but am always available through the app to assist in any way.
The unit is located within the gated community of Mountain Cove in Indian Wells near La Quinta. Only a small section of this community allows short term rentals. Most of the units are owner occupied and not rentals. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Noise complaints require immediate action and may result in the cancellation of the booking.
The neighborhood is gated, almost any trip is going to require a car. Uber and other rideshare services can access the neighborhood. The tennis garden is within walking distance, all other events require transportation.
There is one pool key for the unit, it will be hanging on the hook in the kitchen, the key chain says pool key. It is the only pool key for the unit, please do not lose the key, replacement costs are very significant.
