Welcome to a designer-inspired retreat featuring three luxurious bedrooms. The spacious master suite upstairs boasts a hotel-like ambience with a Brooklinen duvet and a large walk-in closet. Its en-suite bathroom includes a tub and walk-in shower.
Downstairs, find two guest rooms with a full bathroom and walk-in shower. One room features twin beds with Nordic Winter-designed duvets by Deny Designs. All rooms come with TruWave Technology™ lights that simulate natural sunlight, promoting happiness and relaxation.
Beds include a queen in the master suite and second bedroom, two twins in the third room, and three rollaway beds and one tri-folding bamboo-covered mattress for larger groups.

All security cameras are exterior-mounted at the driveway, front entrance & door, and side yard door 24/7 for security use only. There is no camera inside the house.
In-unit laundry comes with a 4.5 cu. ft. front load washer with steam technology and an energy-efficient dryer.
• Primary Guest must be at least 21-years old at the time of booking and sign a rental agreement.
• Maximum Occupancy is 9. We recommend 6 adults max, as some will sleep on roll-out beds.
• Any additional unauthorized guests will incur a $200 fee per unauthorized overnight guest.
• Parking available for 2 vehicles. No street parking allowed
• Per county code, quiet hours are between 10pm-7am Sun-Sat. This includes the use of the outdoor amenities (including hot tub) past 10pm.
• Any nuisance; whether from noise violations, parking standards, or any other public or private nuisance can result in the GUEST being cited by City of Big Bear with a penalty up to $1,000, per SBCC 84.28.070(h).
• No smoking or vaping allowed on premises, in or outside the home.
• All pets are required to be on a leash when outside the property line, or if property is not fenced in, AND all dogs are required to be licensed, per SBCC 84.28.070(m).
• Service fee of $25.00 per bag of trash left inside/outside the home. All trash to be disposed of in the appropriate bins located on-site.
• We have 4 security cameras on the exterior of the property located; on the driveway, front entrance, front door, and side yard. Any tampering of the cameras will result in immediate eviction of the property with 0 refund.
• Our cancellation is FIRM.
• Big Bear is a mountain community located in a forest. Animals you may encounter around the house are woodpeckers, raccoons, squirrels, gophers, bears, and bats, among others. From time to time guests will come across one of these animals either alive or dead, inside the house or outside. Common insects include ants, spiders, moths, and flies. Insects can move very quickly when the house is left empty, even overnight and spider webs, dead insects, or live ants are possible. Our local hosting team inspects the house prior to guest arrival but cannot guarantee the house will be free of pests. Refund will not be given to the guest if an animal is found on the premises or near the premises alive or dead or if there are some insect issues. Please call us immediately if you encounter an issue and our local hosting team member will come out to assist.
