We are no longer accepting Bachelor or Bachelorette bookings at the House. We want everyone to enjoy their stay but this is not a "Party House" if these are your plans please book a different house. This house is designed for Relaxing stays not large gatherings - Outdoor noise carries quickly in this neighborhood and must be kept to a minimum. I appreciate your consideration- I'm happy to answer any messages and take each request into considerations. I'm always available. This is a great house in a great Location, I self manage for the last 6 years and always try to be the best host and offer a great house with lots of amenities and keep fee's to a minimum.
