The pool is not heated. It is typically warm enough to comfortably swim from June - September and the Tucson weather typically permits comfortably lounging outdoors around the pool all year round!
Health & Safety Info:
The home is equipped with a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, first aide kit in bathroom, smoke detectors throughout and a carbon monoxide detector in the living room. The backyard is fenced and the pool does not have an additional gate surrounding it. Do not leave pets and children in backyard unsupervised.
