This condo has WiFi and features an open floor layout with a large open kitchen featuring plenty of cabinets and tile flooring. The two bedrooms and one bathroom are on the ground level, while the kitchen, living room, and second bathroom are upstairs. Step out your door and you are on the beach.
This San Felipe Vacation Rental has two patios with a BBQ upstairs. The kitchen has a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator, coffee pot, and dishes for 10 people. All kitchen utensils are provided except for your special pots and pans — we suggest you bring all your special items. Make sure to bring charcoal (or you can buy it here) to prepare that special gourmet meal outside on the patio on your charcoal barbecue. Don't forget your dish soap — it is your responsibility to do your dishes.
The living room has seating for 10+ guests, very nice for family get-togethers or a quaint gathering place.
