Summary: My husband and I stayed here while attending my graduation at Grand Canyon University. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I requested a late checkout and only needed an additional hour to get ready. I even offered to pay an extra fee, but the hotel was unwilling to accommodate the request, which was frustrating given the special occasion. Parking was also an issue, as spaces were very limited. This forced us to remain at the hotel to avoid losing our spot, which significantly impacted our plans. Additionally, the breakfast provided was below expectations. The selection was very limited, and the quality of the food and beverages, including the orange juice, was poor. We ultimately chose to go elsewhere for breakfast. Overall, the lack of flexibility, limited parking, and unsatisfactory breakfast made for an underwhelming stay.
