Summary: After the car rental company gave us the wrong vehicle, we could not make it to the cabin due to ice on the road. Doug (owner) went out of his way to help us. He fully refunded us despite it being after our check in time, contacted a friend to help give us a tow, he even helped us find alternative lodging since we were unable to use his property. A genuinely great person, we will 100% stay with him the next time we’re in the area.
