Opening the door to this 4 bed, 2 bath home you are greeted with a gorgeous open floor plan. A large living room with a pass through/window wall into the dining room & spacious kitchen. The bedrooms provide ample sleeping arrangements for 14 people. The backyard is AMAZING featuring a brand new HEATED SALT WATER pool & Hot Tub, BBQ, Firepit, Turf for games, dining table & lounge area to soak up the beautiful Arizona Sun! Walk to Giants Staduim!
The space
The house is 3/4 of a mile from Giants Spring Training Stadium, 1/3 a mile from Starbucks, and various other restaurants. The house is everything Scottsdale. Scottsdale City requires guests to be 6 adults and their accompanying children. Complimentary 11 AM check in time through 2023! Simply mention in your booking request!

This house is not a party house. We are glad to host Bachelor & Bachelorette groups though.
There will be a minimum of a $500 fine if any type of smoke (cigarettes, weed, cigar, etc.) is detected in the house. This fine could be more depending on extent detected and assessed.
If any furniture or property is damaged, guests will be charged the full amount to replace it.
As a general rule we do not allow pets or events. However we will consider making an exception on a case by case basis. Please reach out for details.
Rules pertaining to the pool/outdoor space:
-Keep the noise down after 9:30pm or bring the gathering inside.
-We include heating the pool up to 78 degrees, as well as reasonable heating of the hot tub, but please do remember to turn everything off when not in use. If the pool temperature is turned above 78 degrees at any point without prior approval, or the hot tub is being left on for several hours at a time a $95/day charge will be added to your costs and sent to you as a separate bill. Please note that during the winter months 78 degrees will not feel like bath water and depending on your preference and the current weather it may still feel too cool to swim for some people. If this is the case the hot tub is lovely during the cooler months, or if you do prefer the pool to be heated above 78 degrees we ask that you reach out to us so that we can let you know what the cost will be.
-The spillway/waterfall feature cannot be used while the spa is turned on. This can cause a water displacement issue and may damage the equipment.
