Master is sound-front with King bed and en-suite bath. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each hold a Queen bed with the Living Room offering a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Covered parking is available under the condo for vehicle or boat/jet-ski trailer. Additional vehicles will park in-front of the building and any trailers that do not fit in the covered spot must be stored off-site. A Saturday turn-day is in effect for this property from Memorial to Labor Day. Pirate's Cove is a gated community full of amenities including a community pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor pavilion, and miles of lighted dock. Onsite restaurant, Bluewater Bar and Grille and Mimi Tiki Hut, just a few minutes' walk away, along with Ships Store and Pirate's Cove Marina.
