The guest will have access to the whole home besides a few areas. The garage and workshop will be locked so guests do not have permission to access. The 3 closets downstairs will be locked and guests will not have permission to access.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that there are stairs in this 2 level home. You'll walk down a few steps to the front door and there is a stair case to get to the lower level and back yard.
We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
