Conveniently located a block from Trax taking you directly to the Salt Palace Convention Center, Vivint, City Creek with connections to the Airport. This quaint Victorian-style duplex is located on a quiet dead-end street. No one is above or below you allowing for a quieter stay without hearing footsteps above you.
The space
This is a side by side duplex and only this unit is allowed access to the hot tub. You have access to all that you see in the pictures for your exclusive use.
Guest access
Guests have access to all units pictured. Pets must be accompanied by guest when outside.
Other things to note
Only one parking spot available on property for your use. There is no additional guest parking on this small and private street. If your vehicle is longer than 16 feet it will stick out into the street and will need to be parked on the main road outside the street.
$25 nightly pet fee for each pet. Pet must be disclosed when booking and pet fee paid prior to check in.
Please pick up your pet droppings immediately. It is not allowed to leave pets alone in the backyard when you are not on the premise.
