Welcome to your Endless Summer, a luxury beach house located in South Cocoa Beach. Wake up early to watch an amazing sunrise and ‘wine’ down with sunset views of the Banana River on our 2nd floor patio deck. Perfect for watching Space X and NASA launches too. Enjoy beach access across the street or kayaking in the Banana River.
The property features a large private black bottom pool that boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, whole house generator and plenty of parking.
This property was recently renovated and designed with custom furniture and wonderful amenities for both the private river and beach access. Just 3 minutes to downtown Cocoa Beach, and 5 minutes to Pineda Causeway with direct access to I-95 this is an excellent central location. The home offers everything you need for you and your family to feel safe and secure, with peace of mind and the beach!
Every piece of furniture and decor was carefully selected to create a comfortable and stylish space. There is no need to fight over the remote – premium Spectrum cable is included. You can log into your favorite audio and video streaming services with your accounts and each bedroom has a smart Samsung television with cable, high-speed internet, and HDMI availability for any games.
The open kitchen is fully equipped including two stand-alone refrigerators with, four burner oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, All Clad pots and pans, baking pans and utensils––and in the laundry area has Samsung Washer and Dryer, custom cabinets with outdoor acrylic plates, glassware, platters, a cooler and beach towels.
The string lights over the pool are on a timer and come on at dusk then shut off at 11:30pm.
Pool heater is on daily from 8am till 8pm and we maintain a water temp of 88 degrees.
SAFETY FIRST:
We follow a five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on a cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.
Here are a few highlights:
* We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
* We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and
we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
* We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
* We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
* We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning
guidelines

-No parties, commercial filming, or events in or on the property. No more than 10 persons in or on the property, including children and infants.

HOUSE RULES
1. All Communication must be through the chat feature of the booking app.
2. Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is not Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal
3. Primary Guests must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property.
4. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6. Quiet time from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
7. Checkout is at 10:00 am. Check-In Time 3:00 PM
8. There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that's lost and not recoverable.
9. No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules
REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home back home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.
The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.
Checkout Instructions:
Thank you for staying at our Vacation Rental.
Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:
1. When you leave, lock the door and return the key to the lockbox. Don't forget to scramble the code and close the cover to help us protect the box.
2. The checkout time is at 10 AM. Please be courteous and be out by then so housekeeping can get started.
3. Be sure to check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix or any other streaming services you may have used.
4. Turn off all overhead lights and set the A/C thermostat to 77 degrees.
5. Please strip any beds that were slept in and leave the bedsheets on the floor at the foot of the bed.
6. Make sure all the windows are shut.
7. Wash and put away any used kitchenware and dishes.
