Being located on the creek, please keep in mind, oak creek rises with incremental weather. Our home sits high above the creek so it won't flood the property. There are times our bridge is impassable, typically in spring with snow run off, but can also happen in the winter with a warm storm. Please do not attempt to cross in high water.
**We are positioned on two lots (1/2 acre), which has two homes on this property. We occasionally are at the bardominium (garage) next door when we are not traveling. Other times it may be rented. We share a common gate to the property. Please do not park on concrete driveway in front of the barndominium in case that space is rented. STR-24-0087
