It measures 64 m² and can accommodate up to four guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 32 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of approximately 60 m². We look forward to welcoming you!

The flat is ideally situated in Lumio, in a very pleasant setting. The beach is 800 metres away, whilst the wild coast is 1.5 km away. You’ll be close to a bakery, restaurant, bar and mini-market 800 metres away (near the beach), as well as shopping centres 10 km away (Calvi and L’Île-Rousse).
Activities:
The ‘Isle of Beauty’ is brimming with both natural and cultural activities. During your stay in Lumio, you’ll have the chance to make the most of the town’s sunshine by heading to its various beaches to enjoy some peace and quiet or try your hand at the many water sports on offer: stand-up paddleboarding, jet-skiing and boat trips.. If you’re keen to explore, head out into the surrounding area to discover its wonders; the ruins of Occi and the Agriates Desert await you! For the more adventurous, quad biking, 4x4 tours and hikes along the GR20 will appeal to you.
