One master is attached to an ADA friendly bathroom designed to accommodate guests with mobility challenges. 4 full bathrooms total make it a breeze to get everyone ready in the mornings. A large covered patio in the back yard sits next to a 5 person hot tub. At the end of the street is a beautiful park with splash pad and mini- golf and Provo Canyon is right around the corner. BYU - 10 min, UVU - 11 min, Sundance - 13 min. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping only 5 minutes away.
Long term tenants reside in a basement apartment that has its own entrance behind the garage and is separated from the main house by a lock that remains deadbolted at all times.
Because our long term tenants park in the street, our neighbors have asked that guests stick to the garage and circular driveway, which is plenty of room for 5 cars.
