A 2 floor outdoor deck with views beyond views of Lake Gregory and the mountains that surround it. 2 car parking garage 3 car parking deck and all the street parking youd need. The house has a dining room a huge living room a full kitchen a master bedroom upstairs with a jetted tub and a separate shower. A half bath for guests and the door leading out to the top floor deck is also on the same floor equipped with patio heaters quick connected to the direct natural gas line for endless heating and a bbq grill thats also ran off natural gas. Downstairs you'll find another master bedroom with a full bathroom with a glass sliding door leading to the bottom deck. This floor also houses the other 3 bedrooms two with queen beds a full bathroom between them and each leading out to the bottom deck also. The laundry room is separate and located in this floor too. The 5th bedroom is at the end of the hall with its own air conditioning Unit and three queen bunk beds that can sleep 12 people in that room alone.
