we have a big and spacious three bedroom two bathroom home with a great walk in pool.{good for little one"s to play in } the pool is about five feet deep all the way across. In the backyard there is also a bbq grill {charcoal} for you to use and enjoy. There are plenty of chairs in the back and also some extra in the garage along with a umbrella and umbrella stand. some pool toys such as rafts pool noodles and a volley ball &net for the pool .there is parking availably for one to two cars in the garage. we have the most perfect sunset"s in lake Havasu and you can enjoy them from either the living room or walk outside and enjoy them from the porch... we have a fully loaded kitchen ready for cooking. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo& fresh towels you'll find extra blankets in the closets..we do have a.c and heat as well.. you will be happy you booked with us. hope to see you soon.
