This unique log cabin is nestled trail-side at the top of Summit Park, a local favorite for back-country skiing/ snowboarding/ snowshoeing, mountain biking, and hiking. This hand-peeled-log cabin was custom-built on the mountainside creating endless opportunities to take in the views from indoors or outdoors in the fresh mountain air!
The yard is .8 acres with protected nature preserve land behind the yard. In the backyard, the owner built private trails leading up to a hidden wooden platform that is surrounded by pine trees - ideal for a morning coffee or afternoon with a good book!
Basin Recreation trail access in walking distance (0.2 miles) down the street with 316 acres of Summit Park Open Space (Summit Park Trailhead).
