We do NOT allow any parties, No smoking, No vaping, and No pets. We love having guests stay and enjoy this very nice home. Our back yard is a 650 acre equestrian park, mountain bikes, hiking, views. Close to city and the mountains.

Your home is 2097 Down and has a completely separate entrance as well as parking area. The Downstairs home is over 1600 Square feet and very spacious. With ground level entrance you'll never feel like your in a basement. Mountain landscaping. This unit has a Acre backyard with mature trees, patio, hot tub, trails to Dimple Dell Regional Park. (650 acres of mountain trails), great views just a short walk down the trail, wildlife; we see deer almost every day
