This popular 1 BR/1BA condo sleeps 4 at Duneside III on Garden City Beach is perfect for couples or small families. It has an excellent view of the Garden City pier from its private, oceanfront balcony and it is easy walking distance to Sam's Corner, the arcade, and other great local attractions.
It was recently remodeled to include a new kitchen with granite counter tops, new furniture, appliances, paint & flooring. The complex has an oceanfront pool. There is a lockable storage closet under the building with a few beach chairs and umbrella you can use. The bedroom has 1 Queen bed and there are 2 bunks in the hallway (they are a little smaller than twin size).
