If you are looking for peace and quiet, then this is the place! House is located in Greenehaven, Arizona which is known for it's dark sky community that is about 9 miles northwest of Page, Arizona, 3 miles from the north entrance of Wahweap Bay amenities, 6 miles from Glen Canyon dam and 1 mile from Lone Rock beach of Lake Powell. There is also a gas convenience store that is 2 blocks away from the house which offers everything that you will need for your Lake Powell and surrounding area adventures. The house itself was completely renovated from the ground up and was completed in September 2016. It is a split level ranch that has over 1,500 spacious square feet. There is a master bedroom with bathroom on one end of the house and 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom on the other end of the house. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. There is also a sectional couch in the living room with a hideaway full size bed in it. There is plenty of room to accommodate 8 people comfortably and great for relaxing and entertainment on the huge deck on the rear of the house that has UNBELIEVABLE views of Wahweap Bay and much more of Lake Powell. Entire house is completely furnished and has plenty of off street parking for your vehicle and the lake toys. It also has four exterior security cameras mounted on each upper corner of the house for your well being. The only thing you will need to bring is your clothes, food and be ready for a great time.
