Nice property with mountains view, no neighbors on three sides of property it sits in a 1 acre lot. plenty of parking including RV parking water, sewer and electricity. It was built in 2005 high ceilings and 2 AC units, also evaporative coolers if you like to have the windows open.3 bedrooms and sleeps 8. You will have Costco, sam's Club, Walmart Cinema Rancho 16 and also all the benefits of restaurants and coffee shops situated in this three big Shopping centers. And all these is 5 minutes away from the property. I will be around to give the keys and help you get situated. I will also get you a good trustworthy Uber driver to drive you around as needed. I personally know this driver. The pictures I posted don't do much justice to the place. I will post better pictures as soon as possible. This is a quiet place to kick back and enjoy your time here. Has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 have one King bed, 2 queen beds, a twin rollaway also has 2 living rooms so there is two couches to use. This is a 2647 square feet home.Plenty of room in back yard to cook,eat and have a good time. You will also have spectrum cable and free Wifi.( No access to garage). 15 to 20 minutes from Coachella/Stagecoach event.
