Located in a quiet Highland neighborhood near the mountains, with easy access to trails, shopping, Provo, and Salt Lake City.
The space
This thoughtfully designed lower-level suite features a private entrance and a bright, open layout that feels spacious and welcoming. It’s perfect for couples, families, business travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet place to unwind.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven and stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay — no extra shopping required.
Sleeping accommodations are comfortable and flexible, with one bedroom that has a California king and the other with a full bed and twin bunk bed, each featuring newer mattresses and pillows. We also have additional seating and sleeping options in the living area for guests who need extra space. A pack-and-play and sleeping pads are available upon request.
The living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a large (85”) Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating — ideal for movie nights or winding down after a day of exploring. There are also plenty of blankets provided for added coziness.
Guest access
A couple of days before your stay, we will send you an access code to the basement door. Please check you trips section for more information on how to check in.
Wi-Fi connection information is posted in the space and our house manual. You are welcome to log in to any of your streaming accounts. Please, remember to log yourself out.
There are two parking spots off street for you. Please, park on the far right (west side) of the driveway. The basement entrance is down the stairs on the north side of the house, right next to where you park.
Other things to note
This is a downstairs guest suite, and normal household sounds may be heard from the main home above. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. Guests should be comfortable navigating one flight of stairs to access the entrance.
We strive to make every guest feel welcome and comfortable, while still offering complete privacy. The suite has its own entrance and is fully separated from the main living space.
The homeowners live upstairs and are available if needed but are happy to give guests space and privacy. The neighborhood is quiet, scenic, and set against the mountains — a great place to relax and recharge.
Please note that a family lives upstairs – expect normal but very active family sounds between the hours of 7 am - 11 pm, including occasional piano practice.
