Refreshing brand new clean luxury villa that sleeps 8! Bring the whole family or all your friends to this ultra comfortable Moab retreat with spectacular views of the La Sal mountains and the Moab Rim. Minutes from Arches and Canyon Lands National Parks.
Our villa features a master suite with king bed and it's own large bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features super heavy duty bunks with with two full beds and two twin beds and it's own bathroom and shower.
The main level features spacious seating and a dinner table for 6. There is a rollout queen size bed that self inflates and self deflates, simply plug it in (So much more comfortable then a sleeper couch). This rollout bed is very easy to move and set up and requires no lifting. There are two outside patios with a BBQ and plenty of space for locking up bikes and personal gear on the front patio. The rear patio gives way to outstanding views of a grass field.
The property features a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, oven and dishwasher, AC and heat and plenty of free parking-including parking for trucks and trailers.
There are two pools and a hot tub, tennis court, basket ball court, play ground and slide and pavilion with tables.
All rooms have smart TVs and WIFI. Cable is included. Smart TVs allow for guests to log into their own accounts such as Netflix or Disney, etc.
