3 Bedroom House in Old North Boulder, Boulder
Welcome to our charming sunny home on a quiet tree-lined street. Our gorgeous home has an open floor plan; includes the family room with fireplace, living room, open kitchen and dining room. The central kitchen with top of the line appliances connects all of the downstairs rooms. There are warm earth tones and plants throughout the house. Abundant windows allow in peaceful natural sunlight. The house is filled with art from around the world.
There are three bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. The master bedroom is on the first floor, with two more bedrooms upstairs each with a double bed. There is also a common open area den upstairs which is perfect for a work space or for yoga and meditation. A gas fireplace warms the family room. In summer air conditioning in 4 separate zones is rarely needed under the shade of the lovely trees around the house. In the private fenced back yard there is a beautiful garden and fish pond with waterfalls which creates a special ambiance of peacefulness. The patio also has a barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor entertainment. This is a very private and beautiful outside area.
We only rent for a minimum of 30 days. Our rates include all utilities, premium cable, phone, and WiFi with hi-speed internet. We have solar power from panels on the roof. The house is located 2 blocks from the North Boulder Recreation Center and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants on Pearl St Mall. It is convenient to all of Boulder.
