Summary: room was clean and in fair condition. our biggest complaint is the heat/ac system in the room and the fan in the bathroom. both ridiculously NOISY. and the heat would cycle on , get the room hot, and then cycle off and the room would be icy cold in minutes... not a good system. bath fan so loud, you can't talk.
