The space
This apartment was designed for long term stays (1100+sqft) and provides maximum comfort and function. Two separate entertaining areas, both with 65” smart TVs (can even be closed off with doors). Timeless stone Gas fireplace adds ambiance and extra heat anytime desired. Modern kitchen has everything you need to cook your finest meals. Bathroom has beautiful quartz 2 sink vanity and separate area with jetted tub/shower. Bedroom one has a King-sized Helix Twilight Luxe Hybrid mattress with 4”memory foam topper. This mattress is luxurious, breathable, cool, utilizing coils and memory foam for a healthy back. Luxury bedding (bamboo sheets or other hotel quality), UGG blanket, and Nordic quality comforter. Bed has 2 storage drawers for clothes. Closet has organizers and hangers. Box fan, more pillows/blankets.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen-sized Casper Mattress with 4' memory foam topper. Hotel quality sheets and comforter, along with an UGG blanket. 4 Storage drawers in bedframe. Extra pillows/blankets, and box fan in closet. Hangers and organizers in closet too.

Park right outside your door!
As with any basement apartment, you may hear some footfalls when we walk upstairs, and the normal sounds of water when using bathroom/kitchen. Only 2 adults live upstairs so it’s way quieter than most bsmt apts. You won’t hear kids running/jumping/screaming upstairs; or pets barking. No train, freeway, or excessive jet noise like is common in other local airbnbs. Perfect spot to miss all that noise. And enjoy a stroll around Kaysville’s Arboretum Park anytime.
Remember this is a smoke/vape/pet free property.
