Our home is against the Murdock Canal Trail, a 17 mile trail that cuts through Utah Valley for walking, running and biking. The listing is a bright one bedroom apartment in our basement with living area, kitchenette, bathroom and laundry room. Guests will have access to entire basement with private entrance.
The spacious bedroom has a comfy queen bed, dressers, hanging rack and sound machine/alarm clock.
The living room features a welcome area to hang coats and bags, a new La-z-boy queen size sleeper sofa, electric fireplace and smart tv.
In the kitchenette you’ll also find an apartment sized refrigerator/freezer, low profile microwave, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, Brita water pitcher, toaster, dishes and utensils. There is no oven or cook top. Complimentary Black Rifle coffee and hot chocolate are provided with a choice of mugs or to go cups. This space also has a table with seating for 4.
The new bathroom has a gorgeous walk in shower, soft towels, blow dryer, first-aid kit and complimentary toiletries.
The laundry room has a stacked washer/dryer* and is stocked with:
