This is a beautiful house with 5 Bedrooms (4 King beds, 1 Queen), a loft with 3 bunk beds and 3 full Bathrooms. It has two full sized couches that can be slept on too! This will serve as your ultimate southern Utah retreat. You are truly vacationing away from it all with plenty of peace and serenity when needed, but close enough to a ton of different National and State Parks, boating lakes, world famous biking and hiking areas, and golfing all year round!
This house isn't huge but it has a lot of beds and sleeping areas to help accommodate big parties that don't mind sharing some space. :)

Other La Verkin/Hurricane things to do:
There is a new city park for kids just a couple blocks from the home. In the summer, it has water features, including a splash pad with water spouts for kids to run through. It also has basketball hoops and a playground. Back at the home there are plenty of books, games and puzzles for kids to use while they are there.
The city pool in Hurricane opens May 15th and stays open through Labor Day weekend. It is a very nice outdoor pool with a snack bar.
Southern Utah is a bike lovers paradise! Bike out of the driveway, or take a quick drive to Gooseberry, JEM, or any of the other trails that are nearby (15 minutes from our home). The views from these world class bike trails are stunning and the weather is amazing, especially in the spring and fall, making it especially enjoyable for all day rides. Over the Edge bike shop is really close to our house, so you can get riding tips or trail advice or get things fixed quickly and easily by knowledgeable experts of this area.
There are some parades that come through town, and we think it is fun. July 4th, July 24th, and then Peach Days over labor day weekend. Each of these celebrations includes a fun local parade. They don't last long. People just set their chairs on the front lawn, and the parade goes by.
These great settings are perfect for a picturesque hike and a picnic! Make sure to check out the local ATV trails. Hurricane is ideally situated between the little town of Panguitch and St. George. Get ready for an abundance of great scenery and a truly unforgettable retreat!
