This in an exquisitely furnished and decorated 3-bedroom condo in the heart of the city, just across from everything. It's just 3.5 blocks from the Salt Palace Convention Center, and within walking distance of many downtown attractions.
It's located on corner of the ground floor of the building and there is a small fenced-in private patio. It has granite counter tops, hardwood floors, brand new high-end furniture (not particle board!) The living room has an open-air floorplan and it has a large 55" television that comes logged into multiple streaming services such as HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Paramount+, and Disney+, etc.
The condo complex is located 3.5 blocks away from the Salt Palace Convention Center and has a coffee shop and a 24-hour gym with free weights and cardio equipment. It comes with one free indoor garage space and unlimited free parking on the street. No cats allowed. Dogs require a $99 pet fee.
This is a gated community with high-security entrances and gates. We own another several other condos in this same complex, so if you're looking for more space, we can rent more than one of them to you. All linens and towels are included. We have four total condo units in this condo complex, so let us know if you need more than just this one. All cancellations made within the cancellation window will have to pay a 3% fee for the total amount paid to cover credit card processing fees.
