Beauty and Nature meets newly remodeled industrial modern décor. This 3 Bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome boasts wood, stone and steel around every corner. Industrial modern pipe lighting and Edison bulbs offer the ultimate in luxury. This property will offer all inhabitants a unique and tastefully inviting Colorado experience.
Open the front door to gaze upon our beetle pine Colorado Moose Sign, hand crafted by a local artist. Place your feet upon the wood looking tile floor, sit upon the metal and wood locally forged wormwood bench and remove your shoes before moving inside toward relaxation.
The MAIN FLOOR boasts the following amenities:
Full laundry room complete with washer and dryer should you need to use it but we hope you won’t have to, after all, this is vacation!
Fully renovated bathroom complete with a bit of stacked stone and oil rubbed bronze fixtures along with a bright white quartz vanity top. Barnwood and pipe fixtures throughout.
Two Bedrooms…
The FIRST BEDROOM offers a Queen/Queen bunk bed that can serve both adults and children. Enjoy our newly installed barnwood wall that came
directly from a snow fence in Wyoming! In addition to the bunk beds, there is ample storage in both the closet and wood dresser. To open the dresser drawers or the closet doors, you will even experience the unique opportunity to pull upon “real” railroad spikes fashioned into knobs. The bedroom floor is carpet, always nice to ensure the little ones stay safe and enjoy the plushness of a soft carpet below their feet.
The SECOND BEDROOM exhibits a multi-colored reclaimed weathered barn wood wall along with industrial pipe lighting. This room features a very sturdy black metal Queen bed. The bed linens include the Pendleton Glacier National Park Wool Blanket that was developed in an effort to celebrate the 100 Year Anniversary of the National Park system (first park came about in 1916). A portion of each blanket purchased helps fund two park restoration projects through a donation to the National Park Foundation. If you like the blanket and are interested in helping contribute to preserving the National Parks, check out www. Pendleton.com. In Colorado, we are all about preserving the beauty found all around us! Nonetheless, after you finish admiring the vibrant wool blanket, feel free to sit in the sheep skin covered antique sitting chair. Or simply kick your shoes off and turn on the flat screen television and watch a movie on HBO or pull out your I-PAD (if you have one) and surf the web as free Internet service is provided.
THE UPPER LEVEL:
When you finish exploring the main level, you will ascend stairs to the upper level. On your way up, you may use the vintage lights with soft, warm Edison bulbs to guide you as you gaze upon antique skis suspected to be from the early 1900s. At the top of the stairs, you can gaze upon more antiques surrounding you, including 100 year old snow shoes and a vintage sled that was transported to us directly from Germany. You can even gaze upon the frames of aged patina wood ice skates, time period of 1900.
As you look out the picture window, you may see huge white snowflakes dropping down before your eyes or you may see bright sunshine and hummingbirds on your own private deck. If the weather is chilly, simply flip the switch to your gas fireplace and cozy up with your loved one and a glass of red wine. We include a wine fridge in the kitchen should you wish to obtain that perfect temperature for your alcoholic (or non-alcoholic) beverage of choice. Our kitchen is fully loaded with a coffee maker, blender and every bowl or cooking utensil imaginable. We even have granite countertops.
Enjoy your meal at our 76" wood table which easily seats 8 people. Furthermore, because our unit is townhome style, you will be able to gaze up to very high wood laden ceilings that are patterned with skylights – beauty and lighting are encapsulated here. Not all units showcase high ceilings so take note of that as you complete your booking.
Once you are finished with the main room, feel free to walk down the short hallway to the guest bathroom. When you walk into the newly renovated guest bathroom, your bare feet will immediately feel the strength and texture of green hued slate, you will gaze upon a pebble stone patterned shower. The fixtures are entirely barn wood, plumbing pipe and oil rubbed bronze. The vanity is a 3” white quartz slab and the lighting is comprised of 100% vintage Edison Bulbs.
If you happen to be the couple that is staying in the master suite, you will enjoy a wooden armoire with real railroad tie knobs. This room has a KING Tempurpedic bed and Includes Mr. Moose who is mounted right above your bed. But don’t worry animal friendly patrons; this moose is 100% faux!
When you walk into the master bathroom, you will be completely taken by the wood looking tile floors, the 3” bright white quartz slab vanity with vessel mounted sinks (two of them are mounted – his and hers – this is unique to our unit), you will also enjoy oil rubbed bronze, pipe and barn wood fixtures. The shower showcases stacked stone and pebbles. The master bath tub is surrounded by antique wood and cream colored stacked stone. Each piece of reclaimed architectural wood that you will see is hand crafted from the wooden hulls of antique ships retired long ago. The ships were dismantled and the wood refinished, each piece of wood was heat cured for 60 days before being professionally handcrafted into the undeniable statement piece that you will gaze upon while simply sitting on the toilet. When you walk into the private area where your toilet is situated, you will notice vintage kid sized skis along with barn wood framed vintage ski photos.
You will truly feel at home as you take in the luxury of your accommodations. Slopeside Condominiums, specifically, 104 Clover Lane guarantees that you find relaxation among the indoor beauty of your unit as well as the vast array of outdoor activities that are offered to you. Our unit is very unique in that we offer you a private hot tub but should you prefer a more social environment, you can simply walk out your front door to a shared 6 person fresh water hot tub. Just remember, that all hot tubs require plastic cups, no glass.
If your timing is spot on, you may be lucky enough to view a moose, bear or another type of wild animal. Please just remember that these animals are not to be fed under any circumstances. Do not approach them as they are wild and can attack. Mothers with their babies are especially dangerous.
Other points to consider include LOCATION. The base is very close, only a 10 minute walk. During the winter, you can actually ski down to your condo. The beauty of our location is that we are far enough away that we can still experience the wildlife and serenity of feeling as though we are secluded, we can guarantee you will not see moose or bears right at the busy hub of the base. Plus we have the ability to walk to the base (or take a 1 minute bus ride – as the bus stop is in front of our complex) to enjoy a Starbucks coffee or margarita, steak or other gastric joy.
Our location is right off of the train tracks and yes, I know you are thinking that is a huge negative but it is actually wonderful! If you have kids, they will enjoy watching the train go by and if you are an adult, I can tell you that it will also be a site of pleasure for you as well. The train does not go by that frequently and it certainly will not interrupt your slumber so please do not fret.
Should you need to use a pack-n-play, we can deliver. We have a pack-n-play and a high chair. The strollers or bikes in the garage or for your use, just please ensure that you fix any flat tires or other issues should you happen to experience them.
We hope you will take advantage of the amenities (both indoor and outdoor) that our unit has to offer. Enjoy your vacation and enjoy your time at Slopeside! We are here to help, feel free to reach out to us with any questions that you may have.
