Located minutes from the central campus of the University of the South, 3 Dog Farms secluded acreage offers peace and quiet, water sports on the 4.5 acre lake, and a small working farm. Located on 35 acres, our 5 year old 1850 square foot cabin has all the amenities including WiFi, Dish TV, large stone fireplace, washer and dryer, dishwasher, please wrap around porches, and comfortable chairs to enjoy the view.
Center to the farm is a spring fed 4.5 acre lake which the cabin looks over. Kayaks, boats and paddle boards for those who want to swim and float. Great fishing too!
Our cabin has an open floor plan on the lower level that is perfect for hanging out with the family. The kitchen and island make a nice entertaining and gathering place for wine and cheese.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen TV. Off of the master bedroom is a fabulous bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a rainfall shower that is spa like.
Upstairs, there is a loft area with a futon that makes a full size bed along with two reading chairs. This area is great for kids to have their own space. There is a second bedroom with a bathroom also located upstairs. Many who come to visit remark on the peacefulness and beauty Three Dogs Farm.
