If you are looking for the perfect Southern California beach vacation look no further. Our condo, located within the gated Solana Beach and Tennis Club, is close to everything you want to do on vacation.
A quick walk down the stairs and you are on the beach. If you are interested in activities other than relaxing or playing on the beach, consider the tennis courts or jacuzzi at your disposal. There is also spectacular shopping at the Cedros Design Center just a short walk away. Another option is to spend a day at the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, or Legoland. All are within a 20 minute drive of our condo. There are wonderful restaurants in every direction and many within walking distance. Let us also remember The Torrey Pines Golf Course and the World Famous Del Mar Racetrack just minutes from our condo.
In our condo there are 2 bedrooms upstairs.One has a queen bed and bathroom . The second bedroom has a queen and bunk bed and an easily accessible bathroom across the hall. Both bedrooms share a cozy balcony. There is another bathroom and spacious balcony on the main level. All bathrooms have recently been remodeled. A sit up bar, eat in kitchen and dining room offer plenty of space to entertain friends and family.
There is no AC in our condo but we have ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms and multiple floor fans. Every once in a while Solana Beach gets hot but it stays generally cool at our complex because it is on the ocean. We also have good air flow in our condo.
*Please note that I only rent Saturday to Saturday. In the summer I rent weekly and in the winter I rent weekly and monthly. GENERALLY, I rent for $1800 per week in the summer.
For short term rentals you also pay 13% tax and there is always a cleaning fee of $150.
For long term rentals you also pay electric and internet fee but no tax.
