While dinner sizzles on the BBQ, feast your eyes on the color contrasts between the red rocks, lush green grass and restful hues of the shady pond at the golf course. Every room offers a different angle from which to view your spectacular surroundings!

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Castillo De Las Rocas Properties have access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.
Guest Access:
All of our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance through your Airbnb portal as well as via email once booked. All of our units have either a lock-box by the front door or digital locks on the doors.
The Neighborhood:
Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.
Getting Around:
You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
